1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Free SUI crypto faucet at getfreesui.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1. Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2. Verification
You are required to complete a Captcha during sign-up and/or use of the Service. Furthermore, to be eligible for any withdrawal, you must verify your email address. Failure to verify your email will result in your inability to request or receive withdrawals.

2.3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Earning Mechanics and Rewards

3.1. Faucet Rolls
Users are eligible to earn small amounts of SUI by performing a “roll” on the faucet page. This roll is subject to a timer that resets every 60 minutes.

Earning Range
Each roll offers a chance to earn from $0.0003 up to $300 worth of SUI. You acknowledge that the probability of winning the higher amounts is significantly lower.

Fair Odds
We confirm that the winning odds and probabilities associated with the faucet roll mechanism are fair and not controlled by us.

3.2. Free Rolls Tab
The “Free Rolls” page provides links from our advertisers. Users may earn one (1) free roll every 24 hours for each unique link clicked and/or requirement met on that page. The availability and conditions of these links are determined by the third-party advertisers.

3.3. Third-Party Offers (Earn More Tab)
You can earn more tokens by completing offers from our third-party providers (e.g., Bitlabs, CPXResearch, Timewall) found in the “Earn More” tab.

Token Redemption
Earnings from these offers are credited in tokens/points. The current redemption rate is 500 tokens = $1 USD worth of SUI.

Crediting
We are not responsible for the crediting of tokens from third-party providers. Disputes regarding uncredited offers must be resolved with the respective third-party provider.

4. Referral System

4.1. Referral Commission
We offer a referral program that pays a commission equal to 50% of the earnings of the users you refer to the Service. This commission is paid from our revenue and does not affect the earnings of your referred users.

4.2. Marketing Materials
We provide two (2) marketing banners for your use in promoting your referral link:
Banner 1: 300x250 pixels
Banner 2: 728x90 pixels
You may only use the provided materials for promotional purposes. Misleading or spamming practices are strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawal Process

5.1. Minimum Threshold
All withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold, which varies depending on the specific cryptocurrency coin and website. You must reach this threshold before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

5.2. Request and Approval
When you submit a withdrawal request, it is subject to manual approval by our backend team. We reserve the right to review all transactions for compliance with these Terms.

5.3. Wallet Confirmation
As a security measure, we will reach out to the user to confirm the wallet address before proceeding with the transfer, even if the address is already saved in the system settings. Failure to respond to this confirmation or providing an incorrect address may delay or void the withdrawal.

5.4. Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity. If we determine that an account has engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using bots, multiple accounts, or manipulating the earning mechanics, we may cancel the withdrawal and permanently terminate the account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including the provided referral banners, is the property of Free SUI or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the referral banners solely for the purpose of promoting the Service.

7. Marketing and Data Use

By creating an account, you consent to us occasionally using your email address to market relevant offers to you. We do not misuse your information or sell it to third parties. Our data practices are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
